A Brief Introduction of the Women Public Prosecutors Association of China

The Women Public Prosecutors Association of China was founded in Beijing on Nov 17,1994. Now, it has 32 unit members and more than 30000 individual members.  The aim and mission of the Women Public Prosecutors Association of China are as follows: uniting with all the women Public Prosecutors of China, under the guidance of  Marxism - Leninism ,Maoedong thought, DengXiaoping theory and the important thought of  “the Three Representatives”, adhering to the Four Cardinal Principles, according to the constitution, laws, rules, state policies and relative regulations of procuratorate work, improving the qualities of the women public prosecutors, supporting women public prosecutors’ role in the procuratorate work, protecting the legal rights of the women public prosecutors during fulfillment of their duties, dedicating to enhancement of the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics, propel the process of ruling the country by law, maintain the social stability, promote the reform and opening up, economic development and social progress. Organizing women public prosecutors of China for professional training, carrying out prosecution theory and practical researches, exchanging experiences on law enforcement, improving their own professional standard, bringing up a women public prosecutors teem who can adapt to the prosecution work; stressing to safeguard the legitimate rights of women and children, carrying out legitimate consultations and publicizing activities; promoting and supporting women public prosecutors’ fulfillment to their duties according to laws; safeguarding the  legitimate rights of women public prosecutors; publicizing and commending the meritorious stories of women public prosecutors ; enhancing the relations and exchanges between women public prosecutors and other domestic women organizations ,women public prosecutors of  other countries and regions, making a contribution to the development of women movements of China and the world.
